Personal Assisted Living

Many of our residents at Ridgemede Care Home require some degree of health and well-being monitoring.  When every day activities become too difficult to manage by ourselves, we often need our family and loved ones to chip in. Ridgemede Care Home excellent staff provides the support required to carry on with dignity, with the same love and care a family member would provide.  By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at Ridgemede Care Home.

Therapeutic and Wellbeing Activities

Throughout the year, we provide our residents with daily wellbeing activities to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at Ridgemede Care Home. It’s just one of the things that sets our Care Home apart from the rest. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our residents to make new memories and friends while enjoying our services.

Nutritional and Dietary

There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. Ridgemede Care Home provides the support that retirees and their families require, including fresh home cooking that is nutritional and adapted to individual dietary needs.

Social Interation

Our hearts and brains are constantly changing, and just like the muscles in our body, they can lose strength if we don’t exercise them enough. It is especially important to stay physically and mentally active on a daily basis, which is why we offer a variety of activites to help get your body and mind moving. They’re fun and enjoyable for everyone, and a great way to meet our other residents.
